Franchise
Franchising is a method of distributing products or services. It combines the best aspects of sole proprietorship and Corporate in America. It is actually a hybrid model that fills the gap between working for somebody else (whether a large corporation or a small business) and working for yourself.
At least two levels of people are involved in a franchise system:
1) the franchisor, who lends his trademark or trade name and a business system; and
2) the franchisee, who pays a royalty and often an initial fee for the right to do business under the franchisor's name and system.
As a way of doing business, it can be applied in almost any sector. Today about 3,400 established franchise brands operate in 29 industry sectors spread across more than 225 subsectors. About 1/7 businesses in the U.S. is a franchise.
Based on the most successful American business model of Franchising, American International School (“AIS”) is a globally-operating education franchise and subsidiary of American Kono Group. Its globally-recognized brand is geared towards K-12 students in different countries but promotes a focus on the best performance for children’s effective learning in accordance with the U.S. education standards.
Within a highly competitive market, AIS aims to deliver better education and care to its global franchisees and students by offering US education curriculums, American English learning, teaching tools and assistance, in addition to the absolute opportunities for all of its international students to attend world-famous universities in the USA.
If you are interested in franchising a present or under-construction K-12 school with American International School (AIS”) in your city, please feel free to contact AIS via email: Franchise@AIS-edu.us
