Administrative Model​

As a US school with global operations, American International School (“AIS”) administrates its global campuses and operations through the following four (4) levels of management teams:
​

1) Top Level:              Head School’s Board of Directors.
​​​

2) Senior Level:         Consists of the key executives at the US head offices.
​​

3) Middle Level:        Consists of the key executives at each of its global campuses.
​

4) Base Level:            Consists of the classroom management members at each of its global campuses.
